私たちが生まれて間もない頃から
存在していたような風景を
感じさせるような不思議な作品です

本作品は鉱石粉末、自然土をブレンドした石粉粘土により造形した後、自然土を特に多く混ぜ、岩絵具、アクリル絵具、石灰、耐水メディウムを混ぜたものを塗り重ねたものです。

赤土のように見える表面の上に土色でまぶされたような層が乗っていて、時を経た古物のような表情になっています。
またごく僅か一部、水晶粉末も点で乗っていて、煌めく箇所があります。



What I Saw
What I saw before I knew it—

This is a mysterious artwork that evokes a landscape seemingly in existence since ancient times, since before we were even born.

This piece was sculpted using a clay made from a blend of mineral powders and natural soil. It was then coated with multiple layers of a mixture that primarily includes natural soil, along with mineral pigments (iwa-enogu), acrylic paints, lime, and waterproof medium.

The surface, which appears like red clay, is topped with a layer dusted with soil-like colors, giving it the look of an ancient, time-worn artifact. Additionally, a very few, tiny points of quartz powder are applied, creating sparkling spots.
